The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has constituted an even bigger bench to hearken to case pertaining to the appointment of licensed guide for arrested Indian spy Kulbhushan Jadhav.
According to particulars, the bench comprises IHC Chief Justice Athar Minallah, Justice Amir Farooq and Justice Mian Gull Hassan Aurangzeb.
The listening to will begin on September 3. The particulars regarding the formation of the larger bench have been uploaded on the website of the IHC.
Earlier the federal authorities of Pakistan has filed a petition inside the High Court looking for implementation of the choice of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) regarding the conviction of Kulbhushan Jadhav.
The petition, filed on Wednesday, seeks the appointment of a lawyer for the Indian nationwide so that he can file a consider petition for his lack of life sentence.
Jadhav was arrested on prices of espionage in Balochistan in March 2016 and sentenced to lack of life by a navy courtroom a 12 months later.
India had approached the International Court of Justice (ICJ) looking for a preserve of the execution of Jadhav and his launch.
