Major Tufail Muhammad Shaheed, recipient of Nishan-e-Haider, is remembered on his 62nd lack of life anniversary on Saturday, August 08.

Inter-Services Public Relation (ISPR) media wing took to Twitter to pay homage to Major Tufail Mohammad Shaheed for his bravery and selfless devotion to the mother land which led to him paying the final phrase worth for the defence of the nation.

However, the Tweet study, “Tribute to bravery and resilience of Major Tufail Mohammad Shaheed Nishan – E – Haider. Despite being mortally wounded during combat, he completed the mission and embraced martyrdom setting a noble precedence of valour and determination. #OurMartyrsOurHeroes”

Major Tufail Muhammad Shaheed was born in Hoshiarpur metropolis of the japanese Punjab, on 22nd July in 1914. In August 1958, he was assigned to launch an offensive in opposition to Indian forces inside the area of Lakshmipur.

Major Tufail Muhammad confronted heavy resistance from enemy nonetheless carried on collectively along with his mission and embraced martyrdom the equivalent day.

He was awarded with Nishan-e-Haider, Pakistan’s highest military award for his braveness and bravado.
