The Supreme Court of Pakistan has ordered to make Army Public School (APS) Judicial Commission report along with Government’s response to be made public.

According to the small print, The Supreme Court has ordered to make public, the report of the Commission of Inquiry and the Federal Government regarding the Army Public School assault.

A 3-member bench of the Supreme Court heard the APS suo moto uncover case. The courtroom ordered that the report of the price of inquiry and the federal authorities’ response to it is made public.

The Supreme Court has appointed Amanullah Kanrani as a judicial assistant throughout the case. The courtroom moreover directed the federal authorities to formulate a line of movement on the price report and take stern movement in direction of these accountable.

APS Attack

On 16 December 2014 gunmen stormed the Army Public School throughout the northern metropolis of Peshawar. More than 150 people have been martyred, 132 of the children.
