North Korean chief Kim Jong-un broke into tears and requested for an apology for the failure to steer his nation appropriately amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Kim Jong-un spoke on the military parade organized to rejoice the 75th anniversary of the muse of the ruling Workers’ Party. He shed tears whereas delivering his speech.
He said, “Our people have placed trust, as high as the sky and as deep as the sea, in me, but I have failed to always live up to it satisfactorily. I am sorry about that.”

Shin Beom-Chul, a senior fellow on the Korea Research Institute for National Strategy in Seoul, said that Kim’s principal message aimed on the United States, “By showing a new ICBM, the North suggested they can test it any time if things don’t go well after the election. Inter-Korean ties don’t count to them.”
